Meaning:
O Lord Sri Hanuman, Thou art The Beloved and Most Ardent Devotee of Lord Sri Rama and Mother Sita. Mother Sita is The Beloved Divine Consort of Lord Sri Rama. Thou art The Bravest amongst monkies and art The Beloved Divine Son of Vayu – The Wind God. Thou art The Beloved Divine Son of Mother Anjani and art The Bravest of all. Thou has always been in the Service of Lord Sri Rama and as a result of which, Thou has received Great Experiences. Thou had brought back Lakshman to life by carrying the mountain, on which grew The Sanjeevani Herb. O Ever-Victorious Lord Sri Hanuman, Thou art The Great Authority and The Mightiest and Strongest and we sing Thy Divine Praises incessantly. (Exact meaning of the word Hanuman – ‘Hanu’ means to destroy and ‘maan’ means ego – so HE Who has destroyed HIS Ego totally is Hanuman.)
