Meaning:

O Ever-Victorious Lord Sri Ganesha, Thou art The Lord of The Demi-Gods and art The Destroyer of all obstacles and sorrows. Thou art Elephant-Faced. Thou art The Beloved Divine Son of Mother Gauri – Who is The Most Magnificient, Supreme Divine Mother of The Entire Cosmos and of Lord Shiva – Who is The Supreme Divine Lord of The Entire Cosmos. Lord Shiva carries The Holy River – Ganga in HIS Matted Locks. O Four-Armed, One-Tusked Lord Sri Ganesha, Thou art The Bestower of Auspiciousness. Thou art The Divine Child of Lord Sai Shiva – Who is The Destroyer of Tripura – which are the three cities of gold, silver and iron which were built in the sky, air and on earth, for the demons by Maya. Lord Shiva burnt down these cities along with the demons inhabiting, them at the request of The Gods. Lord Shiva is The Conqueror of all the Three Worlds, which signify The Three Gunas i.e. Satvic, Rajasic and Tamasic. O Crooked-Faced, Most Beautiful Lord Sri Sai Ganesha, Thou art The Destroyer of the fear of the innumerable cycles of births and deaths and of worldly bondages. (When The Great Sage Vyasa, decided to note down the Mahabharat, he had a condition – that only he who would write non-stop, would be allowed to write it. Lord Sri Ganesha was the only ONE Who had that Incredible Capacity and agreed immediately, without any delay even in securing a writing tool. HE immediately broke HIS sharp-pointed Tusk and got started, just as HE is ever-ready to help others. Hence, Lord Sri Ganesha is called as Eka Danta.)
